How long is the replacement period for products?
* You must return your order to us within 7 (seven) days from the day it reaches you and you can exchange the product you purchased for the size, color or a different product. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Exchange transactions are carried out within 7 business days and the packaging process is started.
* Returns are available for unused, unwashed and original products (excluding accessories and bags). 7 (SEVEN) days to exercise the right to return, including orders placed via Social Media and orders placed on our Website. It will be sufficient for the return to be notified to the Seller by phone or via WhatsApp at ( 0551 028 65 45 ) within the day period . As for the product replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential.

For exchange, the cargo must be delivered to the cargo within 24 hours on the day it is received, WITHOUT BEING USED IN ANY WAY, in a regular package. If 24 hours pass and otherwise the product is not accepted.
* Refunds It is returned to the Consumer Bank Account within 14 days. The Product or Products requested to be returned must be unused and can be offered for resale by the Seller within the framework of the provisions of Article 6 of this Agreement. Otherwise, the product will be sent back.
* For defective products (defective, torn), the shipping fee is the responsibility of the Seller.
Shipments sent to us other than our contracted cargo companies will not be accepted. Our selected products produced upon order are exchangeable and cannot be returned.
* The new product you want to exchange will be shipped within 5 (five) business days. (Since the products produced on order are not in stock and due to the production phase, the exchange may take longer than 5 (five) business days.)
* The product you want to exchange must be unworn/unused, unwashed or dry-cleaned, without any deformation and the tag must not be removed.

* No transaction is made for Campaign, Outlet and End of Season Campaign products (including campaigns such as warehouse days, free shipping campaigns, discount campaigns on 2nd, 3rd products, etc.), However, it is made when the Product Buyer requests an Exchange. Knitted, Puffer Fiber Filled Products, Especially due to their delicate structure, and Standard Size, Oversize molded products, only exchange is made. * All of the products you have purchased will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with the "EmineAydın" guarantee.
