How much is your shipping fee?
For domestic orders placed via emineaydin.com.tr, the shipping fee is 80 TL. This amount is reflected to the customer during the ordering process. (Free Shipping and Shipping Campaign products are covered by our company and reflected to the other party as free shipping) The shipping fees with the campaign are deducted from the refund.
Yurtiçi Kargo and PTT Kargo Cash on Delivery Service Fee is 40 TL and the Service Fee is the Cargo Company's cash or credit card payment service fee at the door.
Different orders you place on the same day are sent with the same cargo and only one cargo payment is taken.
Which company will ship my cargo?
emineaydin.com.tr continues its cargo operations with Yurtiçi Kargo and preferably PTT cargo. The cargo of your orders is delivered to the address you specified via Yurtiçi Kargo and preferably PTT cargo.
We can reduce your delivery time to half a day by providing courier cargo to certain provinces and centers.
At what time will the product I purchased be delivered?
Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified by Yurtiçi Kargo and preferably PTT Kargo during working hours of 09:00 - 17:00 (weekdays and Saturdays).
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If your order has not been shipped, you can change your address information. If your package has been shipped, Address Forwarding is done.
Shipping Departure Days.
Orders are shipped every weekday (in case of emergency, the cargo may be shipped outside of a certain day with an exception) During Campaign Periods, there may be occasional disruptions in package deliveries depending on the density.
My order has been shipped. I want to change my address / name / number.
You can contact us via our Whatsapp line at 0551 028 65 45 so that we can forward your current address / Name Surname / Number information to the cargo company.
Are deliveries made on public holidays?
Cargo companies do not make deliveries on public holidays.
Can you send the product I purchased early?
The product you purchased will be delivered to the cargo company within 48 hours at the latest. (In case of emergency, the cargo company may ship outside of a certain day with an exception.)
My order arrived when I was not at my address.
The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. In case you cannot be at your address, Yurtiçi KARGO, which follows the process of your cargo reaching you, will contact you to provide detailed information and inform you which branch your cargo is at. Usually, your package is left at the cargo branch closest to your address and you must collect it from the branch within 2 business days. Otherwise, the cargo is sent back to us. In case of an extra situation regarding the cargo, the branch can be contacted.
Or you can get detailed information about your cargo from the tracking number sent to you by Yurtiçi KARGO via SMS. (Cargo SMSs are sent to your contact numbers with a tracking code after 19:00 after the cargo is shipped and since errors may occur due to some operators, if you do not receive the tracking SMS, we kindly request that you request your tracking number from our Whatsapp line.)
The cargo company MUST deliver your order to the address you specified. (If it is not delivered, the distributor can be questioned, so there is no such thing as not delivering it.
The distributor's calling to the customer is up to the distributor's personal initiative,
Our customers must personally check the tracking of your order.
In cases where the cargo is not received from the distributor or has been sent to the address but you cannot be there, you must pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. The shipping costs of the cargo you have not received will be reflected on you.
