How long is the exchange period for products?

You must return your order to us within 7 (seven) days from the day you received it, and you can exchange the product you purchased for a different size, color, or a different product. You can request a shipping code via our WhatsApp line (0551 028 65 45). After obtaining the code, you can drop off the package at the shipping company.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Exchange procedures are carried out within 7 business days, and the packaging process begins. During campaign periods, package dispatch times are 5-7 business days.

* Returns are available for products that have not been used, washed, have not lost their originality, have not been deformed during fitting, and have not had their tag removed. However, if a purchase was made from any campaign on our website, only exchanges are available. It will be sufficient to notify the Seller by phone or via WhatsApp (0551 028 65 45) within the 7 (SEVEN) day period for a return. The provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection are essential for product exchange conditions.

Due to the sensitive nature of Products in the Evening Gown - Evening Dresses category, which are produced for SPECIAL Occasions, and in accordance with Emine Aydın's conditions, returns are not accepted for products in the Evening Gown category as they fall into the 'Daily, Single-use' class; 'Only' exchanges are made. The provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection are essential for product exchange conditions. For an exchange, the product must be delivered to the cargo company in a proper package, UNUSED IN ANY WAY, within 24 hours on the day it is received. If 24 hours pass or in adverse situations, the product will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are not provided for our models where "No Return" is specified in the product features, due to fabric sensitivity.

After a notification is made to our support line for a return-exchange request, the time limit is removed.

 

Refunds are made to the Consumer's bank account or the card used for shopping within 14 business days. The returned product(s) must be unused and suitable for resale by the Seller, and their tag must not be removed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of this Agreement. Otherwise, the product will be sent back. For international orders, returns are not available due to distance rules.

* Only exchanges are available for "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE" and "BUY 2 PAY 1" campaigns.

* Returns are not accepted for modest swimwear due to hygiene conditions. 

* For defective products (flaw, tear), shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
Shipments sent to us outside of our contracted cargo companies will not be accepted.

* The new product for exchange is shipped within 7 (seven) business days. (For products manufactured on order, as they are not in stock and due to the production phase, exchanges may exceed 7 (seven) business days.)

* The product you wish to exchange must be unworn/unused, unwashed or dry-cleaned, with the tag not removed, and without any deformation.

* You must send the product with our contracted cargo company, PTT. Before sending, you can contact us via our WhatsApp line (0551 028 65 45) and you will be provided with a PTT CARGO CODE, 'Shipping fees are borne by the Buyer.' When a refund is made, the shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

  • For promotional, outlet, and end-of-season campaign products (including campaigns such as warehouse days, free shipping campaigns, 50% discount, 2nd and 3rd product discount campaigns, subscriber discounts, etc.), no returns are made; only exchanges are available.
  • For outlet and end-of-season campaign products (products purchased from campaigns such as warehouse days, free shipping campaigns, 50% discount, 2nd and 3rd product discount campaigns), exchanges are provided for similarly discounted products within the same category.
  • For knitted, puffy fiber-filled products, which are particularly delicate, and for standard size, oversized fit products, only exchanges are available. Announcements for our campaign products are frequently made in the product description section or on our social media accounts (story-post). 

* All products you purchase will be delivered to you with the "EmineAydın" guarantee by our contracted shipping companies.

**** When receiving your product, please ensure that the shipping packaging is not deformed. (By signing the courier's document where your information is located when receiving the cargo, you declare that you have received the cargo without any issues.) If a damaged (pierced) package is received, the cargo company does not accept responsibility. 'In online shopping, orders must be checked upon delivery'.
