How much is your shipping fee?
For domestic orders placed via emineaydin.com.tr, the shipping fee is 115 TL. This amount is reflected to the customer during the order placement process. (Products with Free Shipping and Shipping Campaigns are covered by our company and are reflected to the customer without a shipping fee) Discounted shipping fees are deducted from returns.
Shipments are made with HepsiJet Kargo, and the Ptt Kargo Cash on Delivery Service Fee is 55 TL. The Service Fee is the service fee for cash or credit card payment at the door charged by the Shipping Company.
Different orders placed on the same day are sent with the same cargo, and only one shipping payment is charged.
Which company will my order be shipped with?
emineaydin.com.tr carries out shipping operations with HepsiJet Kargo and preferably PTT Kargo. Shipments for your orders are delivered to the address you specify via HepsiJet Kargo and preferably PTT Kargo.
We can reduce your delivery time to half a day by providing courier shipping to certain provinces and centers.
At what times will the product I purchased be delivered?
Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified by HepsiJet Kargo and preferably PTT Kargo within working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) from 09:00 to 17:00.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your address information. If your package has been dispatched, an Address Forwarding can be done.
Shipping Dispatch Days.
Orders are shipped every weekday. (In emergency situations, shipments can be sent on specific days with an exception) During campaign periods, there may be rare delays in package dispatches due to high volume.
Due to campaigns, our shipping dispatches are typically completed within 5 days.

Are deliveries made on public holidays?
Shipping companies do not make deliveries on public holidays.
Can you send the product I purchased earlier?
The product you purchased is delivered to cargo within a maximum of 48 hours. (In emergency situations, cargo dispatch can be made with an exception outside of specific days)
Can shipping dispatch days change during the campaign period?
During discounted periods such as November campaigns, special discount campaigns, and holiday campaigns, our cargo dispatches are provided within a maximum of 5 days.
My order arrived when I wasn't at my address.
The shipping company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you are not found at your address, HepsiJet CARGO will contact you to provide detailed information about tracking your shipment and will inform you which branch your cargo is at. Generally, your package is left at the nearest cargo branch to your address, and you need to pick it up from the branch within 2 business days. Otherwise, the cargo is sent back to us. If an extra situation arises regarding the cargo, the branch can be contacted.
Alternatively, you can get detailed information about your cargo from the tracking number sent to you via SMS by HepsiJet CARGO. (Cargo SMS messages are sent with a tracking code to your contact numbers after 7:00 PM once the cargo has been dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking SMS due to errors that may occur with some operators, we strongly request you to ask for your tracking number from our WhatsApp line).
The shipping company will DEFINITELY bring your order to the address you specified for delivery. (If it is not delivered, an inquiry can be made about the dispatcher, therefore, non-delivery is not an option).
Whether dispatchers call customers is at the dispatcher's personal discretion.
Customers must personally track their orders.
If your cargo is not received from the dispatcher or was sent to your address but you were not present, you must pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. Shipping fees for uncollected cargo will be charged to you.
